By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online platform that lets us sell to you.

1. Using Our Store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You agree not to use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to transmit any viruses or other harmful code. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. Please give us accurate, current information when you shop with us and keep it up to date, including your email, shipping address, and payment details, so we can complete your orders and reach you when needed.

3. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen. Leather, suede, and exotic skins are natural materials, so grain, color, and markings can vary from piece to piece; that's part of their character, not a defect. Sizing and fit can vary by brand and style. If you're not sure about a size, just ask us before you buy.

Some products made with exotic leathers may not be available for shipment to certain states because of state law. If an order includes one of these items and can't legally be shipped to your address, we'll contact you and cancel that item with a full refund of what you paid for it.

4. Brands and Trademarks

The brand names, logos, and trademarks of the products we carry, including Ariat, Cuadra, and others, belong to their respective owners. Our online store shares inventory with our store in Green Bay, so an item can occasionally sell out in person before your order is processed. If that happens, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or cancel that item with a full refund of what you paid for it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
